When you register interest
The registration form is hosted by Brevo. We use your email address and the record of your signup and email confirmation to send the Harrobit news you choose to receive: the library reveal, new environments and beta testing. Registration does not create a customer account or give access to environment files.
We rely on your consent for these marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing that was lawful.
When you contact us
We use your email address and message to respond to your enquiry. Our legitimate interest is to handle correspondence about Harrobit. Avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Service providers and delivery records
Brevo processes registrations and delivers email. Google Workspace handles our correspondence, and Sites hosts this website. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the registration form for automated abuse. These services process technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery logs.
We configure Brevo to require consent before individual email-open and click tracking. Delivery, confirmation and suppression records are still needed to operate the interest list. Provider reporting, retention and applicable international-transfer information are being checked before the wider launch. Retention
The proposed interest-list policy is to keep subscription details while you remain subscribed, review the list annually, and retain a minimal unsubscribe record to prevent further marketing sends. Routine enquiries would be deleted after two years unless they become part of an ongoing business relationship or are needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. This policy and provider retention details will be confirmed before the wider launch.
Cookies and local storage
The authored marketing page does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not write cookies or browser storage. The hosting service and the separately hosted registration form may use their own technologies. Their live behavior is being verified during this preview.
Your rights
Depending on the data-protection law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, and may object to certain uses. You can also complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority. Contact us at info@harrobit.com so we can help.
